Used, like new condition. Purchased from Amazon Resale in 3/2025. The drone and controller are in perfect condition and work great. After purchasing an upgaded controller, it was discovered that the drone and controller were bound to the previous owner. I have tried unbinding through DJI. However their current policy is for them to contact the previous owner with an unbind requestand instructions. So far no response to the request. The drone and controller work fine together.

Again the drone and controller are bound to another DJI account. You will not be able to change the controller and/or register it in the DJI Refresh program...unless the account holder unbinds it or DJI rescinds its policy.
