I own the same contracting company for over 30 years and I'm looking for someone to work with on a part time basis or what ever you want to put into it, I live in East Fishkill and I'm really hoping for a good researcher that can research the properties, make the connections and try and get a deal done, I have some traditional methods and some new that no one is doing
This is IDEAL for a retiree that still wants to be in the game, life aint over yet, or someone smart and wants to make some extra cash
Realistically I want a partner, seems working on a % gets people out there trying harder since you make a lot more money and your helping build something for both of us
