Some places grow crops; others grow possibility. We’re a small regenerative farm and creative learning space seeking one exceptional human to help tend the land, care for animals, support community workshops, and learn alongside us.
The Role
A part-time farm assistant, intern, or apprentice who’s as comfortable repairing a fence as they are gathering eggs — someone who loves animals, enjoys hands-on work, and feels at home in a space where farming, wellness, and curiosity intersect.
What You’ll Do
• Animal care (hens, goats, and a few beloved characters with big personalities).
• Farm chores: watering, mucking, feeding, collecting eggs, organizing tools, maple tree tapping (Spring),
and seasonal cleanups.
• Assist with regenerative agriculture projects: compost systems, soil-building, microgreens, high-tunnel growing.
• Use basic carpentry skills for repairs, improvements, and small builds.
• Support workshops, retreats, and community learning days.
• Light teaching assistance for youth or adult groups (if that lights you up).
• Contribute to research projects on wellness crops, sensory plants, and plant medicine.
• Help with social media, website programming, occasional events, farm shares, add-value product creation (bottling, labeling, etc.), shipping and delivering local orders, and simple administrative tasks.
Requirements
• 18+ only
• Basic carpentry skills required (basic competence with tools).
• Must love animals and be comfortable caring for them.
• 4H, farm, or ranch experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license + your own car (rural area — a must).
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to follow clear routines.

• Passion for cooking, baking, and farm-to-table food.
• Interest in plant medicine, wellness crops, herbalism, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, or botanicals.
• Enjoyment of community, teaching, or working with guests.
