We are looking for an expert team to add a storage room with a locked door to our office. The buildout will require adding two walls to a corner measuring roughly 16' by 7'6". The current space has a drop ceiling, so we will need to ensure we accommodate it. Finishing will require basic painting. Start ASAP.

• Please note that the ceiling is a drop ceiling, and the studs will need to extend above it to ensure the room is viable.
• A standard-size solid wood or steel door with la ock is required
• Insulation nis ot needed, but please use quality materials
