This 47k mile car is in excellent condition given an auction grade of "4" in Japan!
The Mark II Qualis is basically a 4th generation Camary wagon with enhanced exterior styling, improved interior features and materials coming together for a package with higher levels refinement than was ever available for US spec Toyotas.
Something most people aren't aware of is the fact that Japanese cars from the mid 90's to early/mid 00's are from the golden era of Japanese automotive manufacturing, where cars were built to the highest quality standards and made to provide many, many years of reliable motoring.
These cars utilized proven technologies, so you will not find any production/design compromises that would negatively affect reliability such as plastic oil lines, plastic oil filter housings, plastic valve covers, plastic intake manifolds, or plastic oil pans on these cars.
Cars manufatured after this era were designed with obsolescence in mind, which is good for the manufacturer (sell more cars) but bad for the consumer as cars are built with a short lifespan in mind rather than building to the highest quality standards.
This golden era car has a clean rust free body with hot heat, cold ac and is ready to use or a serve as a great foundation for your winter project.
Maintenance parts are cheap and easy to source since most service items are used on other Toyotas - just buy parts for a 99 Camary V6, and you should be good to go.
All of the power options available on US spec Toyota XLE trim levels including power windows, power doorlocks, power steering, power Abs brakes, airbag are incorporated in this car which also includes JDM specific Automatic Climate Control functioning well with hot heat and cold a/c.

Sparkplugs replaced (stock replacement NGK plugs used)
Sparkplug wires replaced (NGK wires used)
Valve cover and sparkplug gaskets replaced (engine is extremely clean internally see photo of engine with valve cover off - no sludge or excessive wear noted)
Hood shocks replaced
TRANSMISSION:
Atf fluid replaced - full synthetic fluid used
SUSPENSION/Steering:
Struts are all good
Powersteering fluid replaced
BRAKES:
4 wheel disc
Good condition
Fluid replaced w DOT 4
