What You Will Do
You will help enter, review, and organize important information used by the office, production team, inventory process, and shipping process.
• Enter customer order information accurately
• Enter PO numbers, order numbers, product details, quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and delivery information
• Update spreadsheets and internal tracking documents
• Review paperwork for missing or unclear information
• Help prepare or verify bills of lading, packing slips, certificates, labels, and production documents
• Compare information across orders, production tickets, spreadsheets, and final paperwork
• Check math, quantities, and formulas
• Flag mistakes or missing information before they move forward
• Help with scanning, document naming, and digital file organization
• Support inventory tracking and reporting
• Follow SOPs, checklists, and quality control steps
Accuracy Matters
This role is not just about typing quickly. Speed is helpful, but accuracy is more important.
You will be expected to:
• Double-check your work
• Verify information before entering it
• Make sure quantities and math are correct
• Review formulas before relying on spreadsheet totals

• Basic knowledge and comfort using AI tools is a strong plus. This may include using AI to help organize information, create checklists, summarize notes, review details, improve workflow, or support information verification.
• AI experience is not required, but the right person should be open and willing to train, learn, and gain more experience using AI tools to improve accuracy, productivity, and organization.
• AI should not replace your judgment. It should help you work more carefully, verify information, reduce repetitive work, and improve overall efficiency.
