Prior to getting hired Lovingly will reach out to set up an interview over Google Meet. Engaging with Customers: You'll handle inbound calls, actively listening to our customers and using your knowledge of our products to guide them toward making a purchase. Promoting Our Products: Through suggestive selling and sharing detailed information, you'll help customers understand the value and beauty of our floral arrangements. Processing Orders: You'll efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing orders across various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Resolving Inquiries: Your goal will be to address customer questions and concerns in a manner that resolves issues quickly, ideally during the first interaction.
