If you own a farm or large property in the Hudson Valley that’s getting hard to keep up with, I’d be interested in talking.

Looking for 25+ acres with a house, barn, or existing structures — even if things need work, are outdated, or the property has been sitting.

Situations like:
behind on taxes, inherited property, too much maintenance, or just tired of dealing with it.
