Established Hudson Valley contractor (30+ years in business) seeking a small house or large apartment with garage or tool storage.
I need space to park two vehicles and store tools.
In exchange for reduced rent I can provide lawn maintenance, snow removal, general property upkeep, and help with storm damage.
I also have extensive experience and can offer work at reduced rates including home renovations, repairs and maintenance, exterior property improvements, excavation and site work, land development, and build a new house (if you have a lot).
Ideal situation would be helping maintain or improve a property while living on site.
Properties needing maintenance, farms, estates, or renovation opportunities are welcome.
