My late wife knew the artist. This bear was in the sitting room of our master suite for 17 years.
Never played with, only displayed with antiques (out of the sunlight) in our 200-year old home.
For the collector be advised that the bear is in quite good original condition for 21 years but has minor flaws as shown. Specifically, some hidden stitching needs attention, and there is some discoloration on the right sleeve. I took a bit of water on a cloth and it lessened; so, perhaps light laundering will do it.
Very good for display as is, or simple restoration if you are into it and know what you are doing.
On line biography of Linda Rick show 2002 was the start of this line of Rick’s line of business.
