This Cape Cod is a very well made sailboat, made for speed and stabilty.. Can handle rough water, and heavy wind.. I have 3 sails in very good shape, crisp. Main, 150 jib, and storm jib. I have every thing you need to take boat to the water { Registered Trailer in great shape, newer tires, newly packed bearings…. Mast goes thru the top deck. Nice wood flooring, as so you don’t stand in water while sailing. I have 1 fiber glass rudder that’s in great shape, and second rudder that wood that needs sanding and paint. There are no splinters or cracking..
