The owner before me put on a 7 speed cassette with larger rings. I added a bell, New Schwalbe tires and tuned up the bike, I may have added some new grip. It comes with the bungee chord for the rack and all the basics. Folds pretty well. Has chips and scratches on the rack/ blue paint but doesn't affect its function. I only rode it four times to work but the ride is far and takes a few metro north transfers so I am going to take some time and replan. Crosstown Westchester is very hilly and this worked but I might need a motor if I did it everyday for 15 more years.
