The fee specifically for March 1-27 is $1050. The rest of 2017 is booked, and we are now planning for 2018. This covers all utilities, wifi, liability insurance, help w/maintenance, and some basic supplies. Rates for a day, wknd or 1-3 wks vary from $100-$975 and we are happy to discuss it with you.

We require 50% deposit upon signing the contract/rental agreement, and the balance is due before move-in, along with a refundable $50 deposit. Full details are in our agreement. You take care of installation, publicity, openings, 'sitting' the gallery, sales, and de-installation/basic clean-up.
