This is an original World War II era military foot locker that was owned by my father. It remains in **very good vintage condition**, with minimal signs of wear and only minor cosmetic imperfections.
* **Exterior**: The foot locker retains its original structure and integrity. Both side handles are intact and fully operational. The two latches on the front left and right are functional and secure the lid properly. The center locking mechanism has been removed, which is the only significant modification.
* **Interior**: The inside is lined with its original paper. There is a **small area of discoloration** on the back left corner, but this affects only the paper liner, not the wood or structural integrity of the trunk. A small sticker marked with the number "12" is present on the interior, though no other serial numbers or military markings have been found.
* **Uses**: Despite its age, this foot locker is still highly functional. It's **sturdy and secure**, making it ideal for storing a wide range of items — from clothes and wedding dresses to fine china and memorabilia.
