Web research shows these tubes can be used for:
6H6 GT - many radios
6V6 - many radios. it is in guitar amplifiers where its use has become archetypal.
7A8 - many philco radios
6K8 GT - radio
6SQ7 GT - radio
7C7 - some radios
6SD7 GT - motorola car radios, a few other radios
6X5 GT - designed for radios and car radios
6C8G - a few radios
807 - higher voltage version of the 6L6G. extremely close to the 6L6GC and will sub for one in circuits that call for those or KT66 tubes. Some use in high end audio amps.
The box was sealed and it was opened so I could verify the tube list.
Given how they are individually wrapped and packaged it seems likely that they are NOS.
But that is not guaranteed. None of the tubes have been tested.
