We're located in western Sullivan County on the New York, Pennsylvania border; about 25 miles west of the Resorts World Casino, 20 miles west from the Monticello Raceway, 10 miles west of the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (the original site of the 1969 Woodstock music festival) and 20 miles from the Pocono Mountains. Locally we're minutes from Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Lake Huntington and Milanville.
This is a very large second floor apartment with its own entrance. The rent is $1,100 per month and includes hot water. You pay for the electric, trash removal, LP gas for the stove as well as phone / television / internet services. The heat is electric however the apartment receives a lot of heat from the apartments below. Therefore you will not have outrageous electric bills for heating. No previous tenant has ever moved out or complained about large electric bills during the winter months
The first month's rent and a $1,100 security deposit is required up front to move in ($2,200 in total) as well as signing a one year lease. No Dogs or cats are permitted, quiet caged pets are ok. Also smoking indoors is not permitted.
