We’re renting the mother/daughter apartment in our house in Bullville, NY. It’s an open & sunny 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance and complete privacy from the upstairs.
In the pictures the second bedroom is currently being used as an office. There’s a lot of storage - the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen has 3 pantry closets and the second bedroom also has its own closet. Washer & Dryer in its separate laundry room and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
It comes fully furnished, but we’re open to making arrangements to remove anything you don’t like.
There’s also access to a peaceful patio in a quiet neighborhood. The sunsets are gorgeous over the backyard.
The school district is Pine Bush. Montgomery is 12 mins, Middletown is 15 mins and the GW Bridge is 1 hour & 15 mins.
Ideally we’re looking for someone for January 1st, but we’re happy to accommodate an earlier or later move in date if it’s a good fit. We’re also ideally looking for a one year lease with a one month security deposit.
Mom lives upstairs and is retired and is really quiet. Please write and tell us a little bit about yourself. Then we can schedule a visit to see the place and meet in person.
