PLUS the house is a 5 minute ride ( local taxi service is available ) to the MetroNorth station. An express train to Grand Central Station is 48 minutes. You can spend the day in the city and come home to a relaxing country home- with wood stove, modern beautiful kitchen, 2 full baths. Croton and the surrounding towns offer great hiking/walking on the Hudson River, quaint towns to shop, biking etc. You get the both of country and city.
I would be interested in swapping for a weekend upstate or an apt. in the city. I am available to swap for a week or two anywhere in the summer( beach home, europe, west etc.)
