I am potentially moving out of New Paltz for the spring semester and I wanted to find out if people would be interested in occupying the room for the duration of the winter semester (anywhere in January to anywhere in May). The house is spacious, especially the kitchen which is always kept clean. The music room is used for practice for the bands and creativity of all kinds is encouraged in the house. The other housemates here are friendly mature non-smokers. If you are looking for a room to take just for the spring semester this would be ideal for both of us. I can move all of my furniture out or if you like the desk/plants maybe they can stay in the room. Well I hope this works out for someone out there, it's got a really nice atmosphere and we would love to have a person fit into this house.
PS I just went downstairs and was reminded that another of my housemates is in the same exact position, SO, there are actually two rooms available in this five bedroom house.
