Thanks for asking. My response was to those that argue right vs left, as opposed to right vs wrong. I would like to see an independent candidate make it to the final debate forum, where he can state the obvious failings of the past in both parties. I don't propose to know precisely what it would take to make Washington hear the people, who are supposed to be the government, however, we can do a better job not re-electing wrong-doers, and those who act above the law. Now I think you and others can think of lies, cover-ups, and out right, "I will do what's best for me" first attitudes. We only know about those who get caught, and what message do we send out when we do nothing about it. I recall a politician who got caught buying some cheap property, then sneaking a provision in a bill for a highway to go right pass his property so that he could sell this property for a handsome profit. When confronted with this knowledge of his good fortune, he walked away time after time, never answering the reporter's questions. It was stated that this is a WIDELY practiced procedure by politicians throughout the usa, among other methods for self-gratification. I'm just saddened by our tolerance for these people......another thought is term limits.....you know what chance that has............
