LOST Tourtoise! (College Ave. near Middle School)

HELP, I lost my tortoise! He was outside sunbathing and (I'm sorry to admit this) I forgot about him :( I realized about an hour after I saw him last that he was gone. He moves pretty fast for a little guy. If found...He does not swim! I repeat, do not put him in the water! He will die. He is a desert animal and needs it to be warm. When he is cold he pulls up into a corner or bush of somesort and goes to sleep. Otherwise he can be seen eating dandelions. He does not bite, he is tan in color with spiky legs, he is about the size of a soccer ball. Please help! I have enclosed a picture of what he looks like!
