“Muscles Work”
Like the muscles of the body which require exercise for optimal health there are inner muscles which also need exercise. Simply put if we perform push-ups, we get big arm muscles; if we practice wellbeing exercises, we experience wellbeing. Laughter is the simplest and most powerful exercise that everyone can do to create well-being. When we laugh, we improve our health on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Yippee!
