I have a set of Reynolds Stratus DV Carbon Tublar Wheels- 16 front, 20 rear spokes, White Industries LTA hubs, Campy compatible. ONLY 500 MILES of use. They are darn near mint. Rear tire is off, front tire is still on, but needs to be replaced because it's been sitting so long. I bought these thinking I'd use them to rebuild an old set and I ended up going with a totally different wheelset.
I don't have skewers to go along with the set as I don't use quick release skewers.
